- Client Data: You are the controller of your client data; we process it on your behalf.
- Your Data: We protect your business and financial information securely.
2. Data We Collect from Partners
- Business Info: Salon name, address, tax ID (if applicable), and contact details.
- Staff Data: Names and schedules of your team members (you must have their consent to add them).
- Financial Data: Bank account details for processing payouts (if you accept online payments).
- Client List: Data you import or clients who book via Glamour.
3. How We Use Business Data
- Operations: To display your salon profile, manage your calendar, and send reminders.
- Marketing Tools: To help you send SMS campaigns (at your request).
- Analytics: To provide you with revenue and performance reports.
- Billing: To invoice service fees or commissions.
4. Client Data Responsibility
- Our Role: Glamour acts as a Data Processor for the client data you manage in the Pro app.
- Your Role: You are the Data Controller. You are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis to contact your imported clients.
5. Data Sharing & Security
- Public Profile: Your salon name, address, services, photos, and reviews are public on the Glamour client app.
- Staff Profiles: Team member names and photos are visible to allow booking.
- Third Parties: We do not share your business data with third parties for marketing purposes.
6. Admin Rights
- Access & Export: You can view and export your appointment history and client list at any time.
- Account Closure: Upon contract termination, we will return or delete your proprietary business data, subject to legal retention obligations.
