Professional Terms of Service

These Terms constitute a B2B agreement between Qubit Innovations (Glamour) and you (the "Partner" or "Salon"). By using Glamour Pro, you agree to these terms.

Glamour Pro is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform offering:

• Online booking management and team scheduling.
• CRM and marketing tools (WhatsApp/SMS campaigns).
• Listing on the Glamour marketplace.
• Instagram and WhatsApp Business message automation (optional, via Meta).
• AI-powered assistant and automation.

You agree to:

• Keep Availability Updated: To avoid double bookings, you must maintain an accurate calendar.
• Honor Bookings: You must honor appointments booked via Glamour at the price listed.
• Quality Standard: Provide professional, hygienic, and safe services to Clients.
• Responsiveness: Respond to client messages or booking requests promptly.

• Commission Model: We charge a commission fee only on finished appointments (completed bookings) made through the Glamour Marketplace.
  • Rate: 10% of the service price, excluding applicable taxes (VAT), per finished appointment.
  • The commission is calculated on the price displayed on the platform at the time of booking.
• Invoicing: We generate a monthly invoice for commissions due. Payment is required within 15 business days of the invoice date.
• Non-Payment: Failure to pay commissions may result in temporary suspension of your Marketplace listing.
• Tax: All commission amounts are stated exclusive of VAT and any other applicable taxes, which will be added where required by law.

• Clients can leave reviews after a confirmed appointment.
• Policy: We do not delete negative reviews unless they violate our content guidelines (hate speech, spam). You have the right to reply professionally to reviews.

• Your Content: You retain rights to your salon photos and logos. You grant us a license to display them on the app to promote your business.
• Our Platform: The Glamour Pro software, design, and code are owned by Qubit Innovations.

Instagram and WhatsApp Business message automation is an optional feature.

• Authorization: You connect your Instagram Professional account / Facebook Page and/or your WhatsApp Business account via OAuth and grant Glamour an access token. You warrant that you hold the necessary rights.
• Meta compliance: You agree to comply with Meta's Platform Terms, policies, and the WhatsApp Business API policy. Glamour may suspend the feature in case of non-compliance or changes to Meta's APIs.
• Responsibility: You remain responsible for content sent on your behalf (including AI-generated replies) and for obtaining the required consent from your clients and followers.
• Revocation: You may revoke access at any time, which disables the automation.

AI features are provided "as is".

• Generated content may be inaccurate and does not constitute professional advice.
• You are responsible for reviewing automated messages sent to your clients or followers.
• You must not use the AI to produce unlawful, misleading, or rights-infringing content.

• By You: You can terminate this agreement at any time with 30 days' notice.
• By Us: We may terminate immediately for severe violations (fraud, safety issues, non-payment).
