Professional Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms constitute a B2B agreement between Qubit Innovations (Glamour) and you (the "Partner" or "Salon"). By using Glamour Pro, you agree to these terms.

2. Service Description

Glamour Pro is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform offering:

  • Online booking management.
  • Team scheduling.
  • CRM and marketing tools.
  • Listing on the Glamour marketplace.

3. Partner Obligations

You agree to:

  • Keep Availability Updated: To avoid double bookings, you must maintain an accurate calendar.
  • Honor Bookings: You must honor appointments booked via Glamour at the price listed.
  • Quality Standard: Provide professional, hygienic, and safe services to Clients.
  • Responsiveness: Respond to client messages or booking requests promptly.

4. Pricing & Commission

  • Commission Model: We charge a commission fee only on confirmed bookings made through the Glamour Marketplace.
    • Rate: As agreed during onboarding (refer to your specific contract).
    • No monthly breakdown for the software itself (unless on a specific paid tier).
  • Invoicing: We generate a monthly invoice for commissions due. Payment is required within 15 days.
  • Non-Payment: Failure to pay commissions may result in temporary suspension of your Marketplace listing.

5. User Reviews

  • Clients can leave reviews after a confirmed appointment.
  • Policy: We do not delete negative reviews unless they violate our content guidelines (hate speech, spam). You have the right to reply professionally to reviews.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Your Content: You retain rights to your salon photos and logos. You grant us a license to display them on the app to promote your business.
  • Our Platform: The Glamour Pro software, design, and code are owned by Qubit Innovations.

7. Termination

  • By You: You can terminate this agreement at any time with 30 days' notice.
  • By Us: We may terminate immediately for severe violations (fraud, safety issues, non-payment).
