Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") cover your use of the Glamour app and website. By creating an account or booking a service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Glamour.

Glamour is a marketplace connecting you (the "Client") with independent beauty professionals and salons (the "Partners").

• We are intermediaries: We provide the booking platform. The beauty service is provided entirely by the Partner.
• No employment relationship: Stylists are not Glamour employees.

• Booking: When you book, you enter a commitment with the Partner.
• Cancellations: You can cancel or reschedule via the app.
  • Free Cancellation: Up to 2 hours before the appointment (unless specified otherwise by the salon).
  • Late Cancellation/No-Show: Repeated no-shows may result in account suspension.

• Free to Use: Downloading the app and booking is free for clients.
• Payment for Services: You pay the salon directly after your service, unless you choose to pay online (where available).
• Prices: Prices listed on the app are set by the Partner. While we aim for accuracy, the final price may vary slightly based on hair length/type (please confirm with the stylist).

You agree to:

• Provide accurate contact information.
• Treat salon staff with respect.
• Not use the app for any illegal or fraudulent purpose.

Since Glamour does not provide the beauty service:

• We are not liable for the quality, safety, or results of the service provided by the Partner.
• We are not reliable for accidents or injuries occurring at the salon.
• However, we take complaints seriously. If you have a bad experience, report it to support@glamour.tn so we can investigate.

We may suspend your account if you violate these Terms, specifically for repeated no-shows or abusive behavior.

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the app means you accept the changes.
