Account Deletion

To request the deletion of your Glamour account, please follow these steps:

1. Send an email to: support@glamour.tn
2. Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
3. Include your registered email address or phone number in the body of the email

Upon processing your request, the following data will be permanently deleted:

• Personal information (name, email, phone number)
• Account details and preferences
• Booking history

Certain data may be retained for a limited period in compliance with legal and business requirements, including:

• Data required to fulfill legal obligations
• Records necessary for fraud prevention
• Financial records, if payments were made through the platform

Retention period: Retained data may be kept for up to 90 days after your request is processed, after which it will be permanently removed.

Account deletion requests are typically processed within 7–14 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been successfully deleted.
